• Process a Rx Lens warranty replacement
• Process a frame warranty replacement

Warranties & Exchanges --------------------------------

-Returns & Exchanges only allowed on frames not filled with Rx, unworn and in perfect condition and include intact demo lenses that were originally sent with frames.

For Lens Replacement Warranties:  Include the frame(s) with lenses, as well as the completed Return Shipment Form and process your return shipping fee above.  Mail to Kids Bright Eyes, PO BOX 100, Fairplay, MD 21733

For Frame Warranties:  Valid within one-year of order date for broken frames (does not apply to lost frames). Email photo of broken frame to customerservice@kidsbrighteyes.com for authorization and process your return shipping fee above.
