Shipping policy

All frame orders are processed and shipped same day based on the shipping method picked at checkout.  Currently USPS is extremely backlogged and we recommend shipping with UPS.  All prescription orders are quoted 7 to 10 business days.  We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method to UPS on international orders and Kids Bright Eyes is NOT responsible for any import & custom fees.
