For prescriptions that are higher than +/- 5.00 ( sphere) and +/- 3.00 cylinder,  there is an additional fee.   Please send us the details of the prescription, to customerservice@kidsbrighteyes.com to obtain an exact quote!

If you have already received your lens quote, please proceed with the appropriate prescription up-charge found in the drop down menu, and add to your cart along with your frame choice and prescription choice.
