FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

Prescription Lenses

Prescription lenses are not included with your frames.  You must also visit the "Prescription Lenses" tab and select your lens choice and add it to your cart along with your frame choice.

Our prescription services start at just $50.00.  If you purchase prescription lenses, we can not exchange the frame, so if you are unsure of size, we recommend purchasing the frame first to try on and send back to have filled. 

High Rx:  If the prescription is over a +/- 5.00 and or have over a -3.00 cylinder (commonly known as astigmatism) additional charges apply.  Doctor changes are not permitted.  All of our lenses come with a one year manufacturer warranty against defects.  Additional warranties are available for purchase that will cover your lenses in the event anything ever happens outside the manufacturers warranty.  If you have any questions prior to you're purchase...just ask!

 

Frame Warranty

Kids Bright Eyes offers a One time, One Year Warranty on all frames purchased from www.kidsbrighteyes.com.

Does not cover lost or stolen items. This includes a one-time free replacement if the frame is broken, which requires a return of the damaged product before a replacement is issued.  Frame is replaced with the exact style/color/size of original order.  If the frame is out of stock or discontinued, we offer a free frame replacement, in the same size, from our shop of equal value. Shipping fee of $5.00 is not covered and can be paid here before new frame ships.

 

Insurance

We currently do not accept insurance, however, most vision insurance plans allow you to file for self-reimbursement with an itemized statement.  We recommend checking with your insurance provider to see if they accept this method and if so, please email us at customerservice@kidsbrighteyes.com to request an itemized statement.

Wholesale

We offer wholesale prices on minimum purchases to optical retailers.  Contact us at sales@kidsbrighteyes.com to receive more information and price list.
